Not enough service check in people. I made an appointment for 10 am service is first come first served. Need to redo this give me a time to check in and check out so I dont have to wait an hour because there's only one person to help us. Never have I waited so long to check in and out. This is my first Harley and I joined the VIP service and its been a big disappointment. Im stuck for at least the next three years dealing with this unless they start doing like other dealerships. Give everyone a time to check in and out.
